An event agency with the palazzi, the suppliers and a website that looks like a template. The job: a new site that lets a client feel the evening before booking it, without photographing a real event.
The idea is in the scroll. The visitor walks into an empty hall on the Grand Canal, and as the page moves the table is laid, the chandelier comes on, the canal turns blue outside, and the guests sit down. The site does in ten seconds what the agency does in a day.
Below the film, the agency’s offer in its clients’ language: four kinds of evening, a four-step method with one contact person, seven places from the lagoon to the Dolomites, and a request form that asks only what a planner needs to quote.

Table laid
GuestsThe empty hall was made first, at full resolution, and every later stage was built from it. The windows, the fresco and the chandelier stay the same from the first frame to the last, so the walk-in reads as one real room.

Three short clips, each doing one thing: the table, the light, the guests. One long clip made people appear half transparent, so it was split. The clips are joined into one walk-in and cut into 240 frames, with a separate vertical cut for phones so the picture stays sharp on a small screen.
Cortina
Verona
MilanoThe first set had white roses on every table, so the décor was rewritten place by place: spruce, holly and copper indoors in Cortina, burgundy dahlias and grapes in Valpolicella, wild flowers in the Prosecco hills, citrus and brass in a Milan courtyard. Seven places that do not look like one template.

Every guest written one by one: age, hair, clothes, what they are doing. Nobody looks into the camera, plates are half eaten, glasses poured to different levels, no bow ties. Hands and glasses were checked frame by frame before anything went on the site.

A website that lets a client see the evening before booking it.
Example project. Serata is an invented agency; no real client or past event is implied.
Send a link to your current site, and say what you offer and who books it. Every message gets a personal answer.
